I moved into the Grove in San Angelo back in August and before I even moved in it was downhill from there. You're overcharged for amenities that are beyond unnecessary to living, the maintenance service consist of only one man so things aren't done in a timely manner, once you even give them your name just because of interest your phone will never stop ringing. They're always looking for ways to get money out of the tenants and the contract is the worst part....even after you read it you still find yourself in a bad situation with something you read and they will deny was ever there or exist. If I had a choice to get out of a lease without messing up credit, I would've done it the minute I got here. Not to mention the walls are like paper so noise is an all time high any hour of the day. The upkeep of the community isn't good because trash stays around and the trash compactor stays gross and unkempt as well. If there isn't one thing wrong on the inside of the apartment its another thing. The first day I moved in there were cracks on the ceiling that are only fixable by tearing down the entire building and starting over and no one had even lived here yet. The furniture had minor scratches and fragments.
