The management is unfriendly to military members- I was repeatedly hassled by the management after presenting my PCS orders for breaking my lease. I had to go the JAG and the housing office and have them call the management on my behalf.
They behaved in a similar manner to a classmate who washed out of her course. Management tried to make her pay the remaining 5 months on her lease!
Management then tried to charge me a 45$ clean up fee for crumbs on the stovetop dirty aluminum burner guards (they sell them at the dollar store!)
Management also incorrectly told me I was required to use a specific electric. False-the complex is not a secondary provider, I had the right to choose my own electricity provider. (Management probably got a kickback for every customer they brought in)

Also, they routinely enter your apartment without prior notice. The law only requires them to inform you after they have entered, but most other complexes in the area give at least 48 hours notice.

Lock-out fee ridiculously over priced.

Somebody stole my underwear out of the dryer, and the apartment doors are not secure (deadbolts don't work and wood is flimsy)
