In today's standards this apt complex is outdated, inefficiant and not worth what they are charging in rent.

Where to start. Definately tour the apts before you sign a lease, and check out the door fixtures, lack of ceiling fans, antiquated/inefficient central heat/air systems, dishwashers and refrigerators. Then whatever they want in rent tack another $100 a month on for electricity, of which the company they "say" you have to use is unorganized, sends bills 2 months after you move in and then a week later a notice to shut it off! Lets talk about hard water, the concho valley has bad water but many apts in town have water softeners in line for the residents water systems. This prevents rust from forming on the inside of your new washer and dryer system, prevents water spots on your dishes coming out of the dishwasher (dispite Jet Dry) ect ect. In other words this apartment complex was cheaply built in the 70's. While the grounds are maintained well, the management is very rude and will find every reason possible to hassle you from mail, to visitors, to rogue noise complaints. Oh an the new carpeting is so cheap that it shed continuously for the 8 months i lived here, good thing i had a bagless vacuum because the canister required emptying at least once per room. The deadbolts work from the inside only and if someone really wants to get in a good kick will break the door/frame; with the money this place is pulling in you would think they could put some cash into quality upgrades.

I would say this apt complex was a value but thats not true, San Angelo offers some where ALL BILLS INCLUDED includes electric, covered parking comes standard for all apartments and are near amenities.

If your looking for cheapness (and not in price) or a starter place Willow run will work. Otherwise if you have a family, or have friends visit often skip this complex there is more out there better suited to your needs!!!
