My spouse and I have lived here for nearly 11 years and have no plans of moving. The area is quite and clean. The area is safe and the management does not allow people that appear to be less than reputable to remain on the grounds. In my opinion, the diligence of management is the reason this complex remains quite, safe, clean and priced below other complexes on the other side of town.
The town has grown significantly to the west, southwest from where we are but it only takes about 10 - 15 minutes to reach the Mall, Supercenter, movies, hospital & numeruous dining locations. The short amount of time is due to the Houston Harte Freeway which was completed about 2 years ago and is only a block from the complex.
