Highly Recommended

I have lived in Willow Run Apartments since March 1, 1993 and have found it to be a very nice place to live. This is my home and place of retirement and enjoy it very much for the following reasons:

LOCATION: Situated on the eastern outskirts of the city makes it a very quiet residence, almost like the country, far removed from the busy west side retail sector is a plus for me.

RATES: Rental rates are far below comparable units elsewhere. I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath with large pantry and would expect to pay as much as $200 per month more for a place this nice.

AMENITIES: This unit offers so much for me with a fully furnished clubroom for special occasions, a nice pool which is safe to use, exercise gym, sauna, hot tub and a clean convenient laundry maintained with good equipment.

RULES: The rules for tenants are very reasonable to me remembering this is someone's property that I live on.

MAINTENANCE: I have found no problems with maintenance. Always quick response for any problem-with periodic extermination service, fire extinguisher checks and replacement of AC filters.

MANAGEMENT: I have no problems with management. I fully understand rules have to be enforced and rate increases are fair commensurate with local utility increases.

This has been my home for over 13 years and again find it a very nice place to live, I would recommend this place to others.
