Visiting my friend's disgusting apartments throughout San Angelo, they (like 9 out of 10) all make Willow Run look like the ritz.

Pros:
*Clean apartments, never once saw a critter.
*Indoor, year round hot tub and steam room if that is your thing.
*Pretty complex and generally all real nice neighbors (all of my neighbors were military).
*Free cable
*One can never run out of hot water in the shower! (And scolding hot too, so be careful!)
*Great parking
*Away from the city so it is very nice and quiet.
*No smoking in the apartment so no need to worry about stagnant smoke smell. (No pets too, which is good. Don't get me wrong, I love pets but I don't want to smell somebodys poodle that shat all over the floor and seeped into the floor !)

Cons:
**The maintenance guy barges in whenever he damn well pleases. So keep your door dead-bolted if you plan to have privacy. (Given it is part of the lease, any other apartment would logically deliver a COURTESY notice before banging on the door for 10 seconds and attempting to enter before giving time for the tenant to reach the door. If you think I am kidding, read the other reviews.
*Walls are either thin, or my neighbors had loud girlfriends.
*Pool is not netted often for leaves and grass and there is no net for a tenant to clean out on their own.
*Weather stripping sucks for the door and windows.
