I lived at Willow Run for 8 months while in San Angelo for training. I found Willow Run to be the best size for the money. I lived in the 2b/2b w/WD hook-up and my highest electric bill was $90 in Jun and was normally around $65. The buildings are older but any maintenance issues were handled promptly, even after hours. There is virtually no foot traffic or strange vehicles around the complex and I felt very safe there. Friendly staff, nice neighbors and quiet location made Willow Run a nice place to live.
