I have lived at the complex since 2006. The staff members are friendly and do a great job. The apartments are quite, clean and most of all SAFE. Most of my neighbors have been students at the base and either policemen, fireman or career military. It has been interesting meeting people from all over the country and I have made several friends during my stay. The few issues I have had all received quick attention and were handled to satisfaction. The apartments do have a little age on them but the staff members do a great job of painting and maintaining the facility. The only big complaint I have is with the on-site laundry room; which needs new washing machines and more driers. Air conditioning in the laundry room would be really nice.
