Raintree Apartments

2228 Valleyview Boulevard, San Angelo, TX 76904

08/25/14 by anonymous: This is my second time living at Raintree within 3 years - my first review. Although the staff at Raintree Apartments run a "tight-ship," personally I see that as a huge benefit to all residents. My new unit has been upgraded with new flooring, counter-tops, light fixtures, etc. It's nice to see that the manager has pride of ownership and is constantly trying to improve the more

Wellington Place

4110 Wellington St, San Angelo, TX 76904

02/17/14 by anonymous: These apartments are such a great place to be! I feel very safe, the outside lighting is nice and everything is very well lit. The community of people here are nice. You won't see kids running around all over the place or hear loud music outside at 2am. The inside of the apartments are very nice and spacious, and not to mention you have 9 ft ceilings which makes the place look even more

Emerald Point Apartments

3433 Arden Rd, San Angelo, TX 76901

04/22/14 by WidDaisy: This place is a joke the dead squirrel in the green moldy pool (other apartments pools are clean even if it's not summer) Cockroaches infest the place that's why they get sprayed every month Laundry facility is always dirty People hide their pets and you end up stepping in dog poop when this place says no pets allowed.. The apartments need renovated they are so ugly and outdated You can more

Plaza Square Apartments

4001 Sul Ross St, San Angelo, TX 76904

02/22/14 by This is one of the worst run places by management I have ever lived in. If it doesn't concern the apartment they don't care. They want you to tell them but what they are really saying is we don't want to hear it. They get you in on good deals then when the lease comes due again they raise your rent 40 to 50 a month. There is no handicap apartments nor are the sidewalks equipped for a more

Angelo Place Apartments

401 Pulliam St, San Angelo, TX 76903

06/11/14 by anonymous: DO NOT RENT HERE! Do not rent at angelo place unless you are looking for a decent living place with a decent cost. but when I say decent I mean, you might have a dirty bathtub and broken drawers etc. While I lived here my smoke alarms constantly went off and it was soooo annoying. The beeps were so loud and the ceilings are tall so it's not like you can simply take the battery out, more

Sedona Ranch

2901 Sunset Drive, San Angelo, TX 76904

03/22/14 by badliving0: What a God forsaken mess this place is. We moved in Around August of last year to this lovely place. Our carpet was put in by monkeys, instead of cutting around the edges it looked like it was chewed off and little strips filling in the empty holes this is for starters. the entire place needs updated,,the vent pipe in the bathroom has to be busted, the smell of raw sewage always more

Rockbrook Apartments

3326 Rock Brook Dr, San Angelo, TX 76904

09/19/10 by anonymous: I've rented at Rock Brook for over a year now. I was first in a townhome and then moved to a single bedroom. The townhome was very spacious--I think our rent was around $650-ish. A single apt is about $460/month. I don't know what the most recent review was talking about with maintenance--my shower head was not working, I called it in, and the maintenance man had it completely more

Southland Arms Apartments

2617 Southland Blvd, San Angelo, TX 76904

07/02/14 by anonymous: I lived here on 2 separate occasions and only moved because I needed a 3rd bedroom. My apartment was a little dated but well maintained. The staff always took care of any problems we had. I had great parking and the outdoor area was well maintained. I was there during a remodeling of the balconies and was hardly inconvenienced at all. I would love to move back if only they had 3 bedroom more

Encino Park Apartments

4022 Green Meadow Dr, San Angelo, TX 76904

07/03/12 by anonymous: When I applied to Encino Park Apartments it was really a gamble. I was moving here from the DC area and it is so challenging to judge an apartment by just the internet. Encino park was one of the better rating communities and I only saw one other that offered a three bedroom floor plan in San Angelo, TX. Well, turns out the odds were in my favor. I love this community and I love my more

Desert Shadows Apartments

4112 Loop 306, San Angelo, TX 76904

07/27/13 by anonymous: Desert Shadows is the only apartment I have had in San Angelo because I have never felt the need to leave. I love it here!!!! The staff is so helpful and sticks to what they say they will do. In the first week I moved in the broiler in my oven went out. I told the office and I had a brand new stove that day! The only downfall is the parking lot BUT for the price I can live with it! Nothing but more
