Mold & Parking problem - I signed a year lease with a nice view of the creek. They were so polite and avoided answering if there was sufficient parking. In a 3 bedroom you are given one designated parking spot and its a free for all to find visitor parking. If you have children beware, the creek is accessable to anyone from the creek side. very pretty setting - I enjoy the oak trees that surround these apts. So many new apts.that are now being built, do not have ANY trees around them, but the Claremore does, so they look more like a park setting.
