very pretty setting - I enjoy the oak trees that surround these apts. So many new apts.that are now being built, do not have ANY trees around them, but the Claremore does, so they look more like a park setting. The shade helps too with keeping the ceilings cool in the summer and the parking great too! I like the covered areas with the carports! ...Full review of Claremore Apartments

look elsewhere - ok so me, my girlfriend, and a friend needed a place to live and we came and saw this apartment complex. we were shown a model and of course it looked good. when we moved in the 2br 2bath, both toilets overflowed (while we were moving things in). we called mgt and they said they would send someone. well 5 hours later.....they said they would send someone. needless to say someone ...Full review of Ashley Oaks Apartments

Landmark at Medical Center? Ha.. Can't Fix Ugly - Ok honestly this was the biggest mistake that me and my wife has done so far in our marrage was agree to come here. Why? Well, I don't intend to try to make something it isn't. The Landmark at Medical Center is one of the most horrid places i have ever lived. And honestly I don't know where they get it from. The move in was pretty ok or basic, pay fees this is what one room ...Full review of Chapel Ridge

So Far So Good. - I moved here in May of this year. It is My boyfriend, my 2 year-old daughter, and myself. When we first got to look at the apartment the unit we saw was great for us. We even got to get the one we actually looked at. Since we moved in, we have had problems of course with appliances(AC, DOOR, FRIDGE), but they were all attended to and fix right away. The problems have not ...Full review of La Jolla De San Antionio

Seems decent but not worth it - I am currently ending a 12 month lease here and have nothing good to say about these apts except that they are in a good location. Slow maintenance response and bad work and area safety are two big problems. A fire destroyed one building up front four months ago and they STILL have yet to repair the roof. My dishwasher was broken from the time I got there until now. Residents they allow to live ...Full review of Austin Point Apartments

Poor service, support and facilities - Management is biased against people supporting the military and refuse to allow a military clause in the lease in case of being reassigned and deployed to a conflict zone in support of the war on terror. I've been given orders to Iraq and the management tells me I have to pay $1,400.00 to cancel the lease. the Military will not reimburse me. I offered half that and was ignored. Do NOT Move Here - Reasons why NOT to move to Huebner Oaks: 1) Mold 2) Apartment staff advise the fee for water is $10-20/month. Since I have been here I have paid $30/month or more for a one bedroom, one bath apartment and I live alone. 3) Apartment staff advised the average CPS bill is around $80 in the summer. It costs me $150/month and up to keep my A/C at 80 degrees all summer long. I am the only person ...Full review of Huebner Oaks

Worst Apartment EVER!!!! - What they tell you when you sign your lease contract is all A LIE. THey told us that there was security and the gates will be closed unless accessed by code (BOTH LIES). It takes 3-4 weeks for maintenance to get out there to fix your problem. Constantly shutting off water without notice or just having cold water during the mid winter...OUCH! Your assigned parking space really isn't ...Full review of Saddlewood Apartments

Great Place! - I am so surprised to see the other reviews because I have lived here for four years and I'm very happy. The maintence men and the girls in the office are great. I recently had an air conditioning problem and they took care of it immedietly. I work in the medical center and it takes me minutes to get to work. I reccomend this apartment complex to everyone. ...Full review of Sierra Vista Apartments
