Awful!! I agree! - Whoever says these are good apts has never lived there. When I first moved there in 2003 they were somewhat decent. When I moved out at the end of 07 they were HORRIBLE! Rain water leaked under my unleveled apt into my bedroom and I had to get rid of all my bedroom furniture. My air conditioner had to be fixed at least 7 times. Great Place! - I lived at Broadway Place for 5 years and where we lived it was very quiet. The manager was always nice and they even had a Police Officer living there and he was the security officer! The planes were pretty loud though. Right before we moved they were raising the rent and they started moving in some unpleasant people.
