Not too bad - I lived in the duplex for 1 year. I never really had too many problems. At one point there was a problem with roaches, but once the nasty neighbors moved out it solved the problem.
Good size backyard, and I didn't ever have to mow because the manager had people come do it every other week or so. I didn't have to pay extra for that, it was a part of the rent.
