Managment doesn't care about your work orders - I just moved in last month and my apartment was not ready at all. I made work orders and they never came. I went in several times and spoke to many different staff members who even swore that maintenance would stop by and to this day they still have not come by. The managment is horrible. TaraVista is ok - I lived at this apartment complex for almost two years. I never had any problems. My biggest complaint was the parking. If you got home after 7PM, good luck finding a spot within a 3 mile radius of your building. It was also annoying having to go through two sets of stairs to get to your apartments.
