Called Act 1 in reference to an ad in the local paper. I was transferred twice and finally ended up with a very strange woman who seemed to not be all there. She ignored the apartment I was calling in reference to and proceeded to ask me questions such as income, place of work, etc - as if I were already filling out an application.
In addition, she was not even familiar with the neighborhoods I was interested in - all well known in San Antonio.
Don't waste your time and especially don't give them your phone number.
