This was my first apartment out of college. The staff was very nice and the rent was very reasonable. I never had anything to repair so I don't know how the staff responds to problems. The pool was always clean -- which is a good sign. The neighbors were really friendly. I liked that there was an elementary school right next door -- made me feel safer.
