In reference to major complaints on this web site we have addressed certain matters and are currently working to "spruce" up the apartments. And with the previous comments if you have any complaints and witness ant drug involvement you need to contact the office and the police department as soon as you see this happening. Failure to do so result in those involved in the drug activity to continue living in the same area as you do. The office personel can not be patroling the property 24/7 unfortunately. As for maintenance - this issue has been addressed and had there been a call placed to the office it would have been said that we were short handed and we have just recently hired a new person to help fill the void and get caught up.

give me a break ever since this new management has shown up all of what WAS good about Aguila Oaks is now gone. Lacy is a sorry piece of you know what when it comes to being inany sort of management maybe she should have stayed a leaseing consultant a little bite long before steping into shoes she could not fill and as for the fact she does not care about who she puts out on the street thats bull ---- and you know what it WILL come back on her real soon because when your luck is down you will pay but not by me fate will step in. And as for the couple in 1102 in phase 1 you really had no right to do that to them they tried they didn't run and not try to pay there bills the did what they could and I hope you like the fact that you put them on the streets I hope to god you get what you deserve. And before you say it yes I know it is a business but they had offered you something they have to tiny kids you ungrateful bit*h. Well anyways I hope they get someone better soon and if anyone reads this please don't move in here it ain't worth it nothing gets fixed and I know from experience hell the couple I was talking about had a leak for 6 months and YES they reported it cause they used my phone as well so I know they did it had bad mold so their kids were getting sick and the smart leaseing agent said she had a degree in bio and mold can't get you sick.!!!! What the hell is wrong with tese people when the young lady was carrying her daughter the closet door hit her and they said that if she got hurt it was her own problem even though there staff used a dishwasher part to fix it cause Aguila Oaks is too cheap. They have unreal people living here Ghetto city right here and sorry but patrol can only do so much the one they have now cause that couple I liked so much help take care of ther neighbors and keep patrol updated they just had to deal with stupid people and she put them out on thanksgiving and they I mean lacy put them out. Those kids have NO where to go. But I will tell you this much a whole world of LEGAL trouble is on the way for them cause I have doctor notes and a Lawyer who is gonna go after Auila Oaks with Lacy in mind because she knew about everything and had her thumb up her butt so be ready cause the pictures are saved even some employees of A.Oaks is going to bring some extra stuff to the table. So let the battle begin! DON'T MOVE IN HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
