I just happen to read your small message and i cant stop laughing about it, first of all, you guys dont do anything about the situation in our apt, our cars get hit with bottles, people take double parkings spots, FBI busting down the door of people in the next apt, my back door doesnt lock, the pools are discusting, my kid got his head stuck on the hand rails (i believe those rails are elegal size, i;m looking into it)Garbage Dumpsters are always full spilling over, Air conditions dont work most of the time, and there is Serious mold growing in the walls of 4 apts i know, In the mean time what do you guys do' charge us for air condition filters, fine us for every single thing you see wrong, and always on time to Ask for rent, if we are late one week we get letters to move out. So... my question to you.. "Aguila oaks Staff" is Do you really think this is fair living conditions' are you guys doing something about it'

Oh and did i forget to mention the lost Work orders that somehow never get done and noone seams to know how they got lost, but when they are found they are found stapled together with 3 months worth of work orders never done, not to mention since i been living here you guys have come and made me sign papers that somehow i didnt sign when i moved in, Funny how you guys change the rules accordingly, or plain stupidity, But is ok, We are looking for something better.
