We love the floor plans, the fact that you can see downtown from the bottom apartment, crown molding and price but there are things you don't notice till you move in:
* Walls are PAPER thin. I hear my neighbor sneeze and that is no joke.
* Neighbors seem to be the bottom of the barrel. You get what you pay for in quality neighbors. There are pictures to show you that neighbors let the dogs crap anywhere, trash in the breezeways, bikes outside the doors lying flat... you get a good deal but the neighbors that can't afford Northside prices move here I guess. We are moving.
* Hard to find parking
* Flyers from everywhere are on our doors when we come home.
* The entrance gates are faulty and dont let you in when it's too windy. There is a long board that will chop your car and scrape paint off if your clicker isn't working at that moment.
If you are a college student you probably won't mind living here.
