We moved in during the month of July 2007. Everything and everyone seemed wonderful and promising. As others before me have said, the management is sooo nice at first and then BAM! they are different people when you need something done! Rude and inconsiderate! oh another thing. PARKING IS HORRIBLE, A NIGHTMARE! you can not leave the complex after 5 pm because when you come back..guaraunteed you will have to park at least 3 units down. Sometimes people park in the handicaped spaces...and i really dont blame them. For what we're paying here we should have enough parking spaces. Its just really ridiculous! We are trying to come up with a way to end our lease because we cant take this anymore. Annoying neighbors also complain and come to our door telling us that we make too much noise. Well these damn paper thin walls are to blame NOT me!! Yes the walls could break down any minute i put my TV on a little high or when my dog is playing QUIETLY. Anyway is would seriously think about another place to waste your money on. This isnt worth it. oh another thing..the damn gates are ALWAYS broken, some dumb ass is always breaking through the yellow boards. Management should always have our gates closed for our safety. We are PAYING for a gated community yet we dont we have one'!'! Its just stupid here.
