Parking is HORRIBLE! From: cl8383 Date posted: 8/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I have lived at Alta for almost a year now. I can't wait for my lease to be up because the parkingh hers is HORRIBLE! It doesn't matter what time I get home from work, there is never a decent parking space. The spaces are VERY tight and my car is always getting dinged from other cars. When I do work late I have to park almost 5 buildings away near the entrance just to be a regular parking space. Also, everyone parks in Handicap parking spaces yet their cars are never towed. I actually had my parents over who are handicaped and it was embarrassing not being able to park in space designated for them. The cars that were parked there did not have tags or license plates authorized to be there. I also live next to the filthiest residents ever. They leave their house shoes and slippers outside their doors, they put their trash outside for days, they play loud music and the walls are very thin. I can even hear them having a conversation when their in their kitchen. Def. will consider moving elsewhere and will not recommend to my co-workers or family. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
