The place is nice in that you get a ton of space (nice floorplans) without having to spend a ton on rent. Parking is pretty bad- the parking spots are way to narrow. People kept putting dings in our cars so we had to get carport spots for them. At the gate, the wood board that goes up and down- came down on my new SUV (thought my gate clicker was working)and it completely scraped the top of my SUV and left a huge line of paint that took 3 hours to get off.

Walls are very thin- I can hear when the guy below me watches tv. Also, don't talk in the breezeways because everyone in the building can hear you. Also, the gym's not that impressive.

What's nice: we love the area where we can wash our cars for free. The floorplans are amazing- we're in the 2 bedroom and absolutely love the idea of having a solarium instead of a patio. The price is incredible too- just get a carport parking spot(only $35 each)to make sure you have a place to park when you get home.
