This place looks nice but don't be fooled. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on around you. This building literally shakes everytime someone goes up or down the stairs. The office help is also very inefficient and rude. The "business center" computers have either been down or offline or the printer out of toner five out of the eight times I have tried to use them in the last twelve months. I'm not trying to go in ever day to surf the net either but only use it to print resumes and fax every once in a while when I really need it. The rude little wench in the office merely blows it off and says that the management company isn't compelled to offer working computers or internet. So callous! We had an ice storm that shut the city down for two days and even though several of the employees live onsite, the office was closed for three days and residents didn't have access to any of the "amenities" that were advertised. The rent is expensive for San Antonio and the management company really tries to pass it off as more than it is, just another poorly constructed and even more poorly staffed apartment complex.
