After you sign the lease you just become another number...

We moved in a few months ago- They WERE very curtious, kind, and warm hearted while we were in the process of signing the lease. But after you are trapped- Forget about getting things repaired in a timely manner, getting help with anything that is notan EMERGENCY, etc. And when you walk into the office you feel like you are bothering them- They do not welcome you at all.
Yes the parking is terrible- And I FELT FORCED TO PAY THE EXTRA $35 FOR A CARPORT B/C it is impossible to find a parking if you come home any later than 5pm! And on the weekends it seems like you have to stay home OR YOU WILL LOSE YOU PARKING!!!!
NO I am not lazy, I have 2 children.
WHY should I bring this up to the manager...I'd rather spare the eye rolling & attitude-
My neighbors are very friendly! That is THE ONLY POSITIVE THING I HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THESE APARTMENTS-
You may want to live in the Stone Oak area, but DO NOT EXPECT TO BE TREATED LIKE ROYALTY!
