I've been at Alta Vista since June and first of all I got a great price and deal. I got my first month free and for the price and area it's pretty nice... Also maintanence is pretty good. I got all of my things fixed from my move in sheet in a couple of days. The office staff is very friendly and helped me get my electric and cable hooked up.I like it so far but we'll see...
