Very Mediocore....

I have lived here for about 1 1/2 years. I moved here because the complex is less than five minutes from work and less than ten minutes from the airport. If you move in and are expecting a "luxury" property you will be sorely disappointed. This property is 20 years old and it definately shows. Everything from the landscapre, to the cheap thin walls, to the rusty old water heaters are the norm. The maintenance staff is very mediocore, if you need them to fix anything you better believe you will have to call them more than once before they get it right (and they may never get it right). There are problems that I have had since I moved in that have been "fixed" numerous times.
As for the comments regarding the murders, people need to grow the hell up. You live in the 12th largest city in the world, crimes are going to occur.
The management staff has always been friendly to me, they have signed for all my packages (UPS, FedEx, and US Mail). Although, they do rely too much on the answering service to take their calls.
Overall, if you do not mind living in an older property, you won't have a problem. I prefer a property with more "modern" ammenties, so my experience here has been average.
