I just moved in about two weeks ago.
A couple of things about the security.
Both murders were within days of each other and there was no forced entry on either one. Is it not possible that the two murderees AND murderer, all knew each other outside of the apt complex. I seriously doubt it was random acts of violence.
On a more positive note:
The staff is VERY courteous and continue to be helpful with even the smallest of things. I have had great interaction with three of the main leasing/office agents.
There is great parking with plenty of room.
Everyone who lives around me is very nice as well.
