Apparently the management at Altamonte gets off by trying to charge tenants after they leave. We've been contacted saying that we have to pay an "excessive wear and tear on the carpet" fee of $500.

This is asinine. What are the deposit and pet deposit for' Not to mention they're just plain lying. This company, Amalgamated Properties, is run by theives that care nothing for their tenants.

I urge everyone to seriously discourage anyone they know from moving in to ALtamonte. The staff is worthless and they'll try and charge you long after you leave.

These people are as low as it gets. They have no ethics and are basically the dregs of society.
