I have lived here for a little over 6 months now, and I have enjoyed living here overall. My neighbors are awesome, the grounds are well kept, and the apartments are in the process of being repainted. The only problem I have had is with maintanence. There are a couple of good guys who will come rigth away to fix a problem and will actually stay and explain whaat they are doing, but then there are a few who just do a half-assed job. Also the apartment manager is friendly and helpful IF you talk to her the right way.
