I've been here two years now and I hate it. Why don't I move you ask. Well I graduate college in May and I will move then gladly.

My vehicle was broken into in the parking lot and 2400 dollars of body damage, stole my stereo. Management has the video from the gate but won't let us look at it to gain the tag numbers so I can prosecute.

Management doesn't care about who lives here or if they are happy or not. They have a lawn crew that starts mid morning and is often still using weed blowers and making lots of noise at 7 0r 8pm. They should be off site by 5:30 at the very latest when everyone comes home.

They have been "painting" this place for almost a year now. They start banging and clanging about 7am on Saturdays, and sometimes Sundays. Yep that's really cool. My building looks like it has the measles. The crew is milking them to death, obviously paid by the hour. How dumb can you be' And they paint anything that doesn't move out of the way. We were informed that the "painters" would access balconies with ladders to paint the building and trim. We were not informed that after it was done there would be items missing form our storage areas.

There is a lot of noise here, almost always there is someone yelling or loud stereos. You can hear people clomping on the wooden floor areas between the second and third floors every time someoone goes by. Also you can feel the vibration and hear the noise from the staircase. Wakes me up regularly. People with very loud car stereos going by regularly so you don't really need your own stereo. yes I hate this place and cant wait to leave.

All in all I would say, live somewhere else. If you can find another apartment anywhere else on the planet, live somewhere else.
