My husband and I moved in after the murders, as we thought security was probably beefed up. On several occasions we found crack pipes and exposed used syringes on the grass near our porch, while walking our dogs. When we'd report these findings to the office, they acted as though it was "no big deal". They never once reported it to the police - we'd have to do the police reports ourselves. We started thinking that maybe the office and security staff were the ones leaving the drug paraphenalia there! Staff could care less about the resident's safety
