I moved into here in August of 2006... and I just signed my second lease. I haven't had any major issues with the complex overall. With some notable issues: Apparently the changed the entire maintenance staff just as I moved in and it took 4 months for them to come and repair the tile around my fireplace. The maintenance guys seem to not be good at following up either... as the fireplace still remains unpainted after the tile repair. I had my mailbox broken into, twice, and the office claimed "no responsibility" which is complete bull. The boxes for Phase 2 of the complex are behind the gates... the boxes for Phase 1 are outside the gates. Hello! With that in mind... I have never had a problem from my neighbors nor anyone else. Rent is fair... even if the office staff aren't the brightest on the planet. I have recommended it to people as a decent place to live for a fair price.
