I have lived in these apartments for a couple of years and can account for the staff that has come and gone. I agree with other tenants on one thing...these apartments are a decent price for being in this area. There are other apartments similar in size that cost at least $100 more. That's why I've stayed here for so long. But I also agree that the office staff could use some improvement. At appearance, they seem okay. They do their job and are tolerable. But they can turn on you in a heartbeat. And I'm not talking about being late on rent or anything. I'm just talking about common courtesies and professionalism. They actually showed an apartment to one of my friends and was so rude to him! I've walked into the office numerous times and have heard the different workers talking about tenants and potential tenants. They are so unprofessional that I try to avoid the office at all times. Especially after I had to deal with Sharon. She seems nice at first, but is very stubborn. She doesn't listen to other's issues or concerns. She just hears what she wants to hear. And she is notorious for talking over tenants who are trying to deal with her incompentencies. Unfortunately, her unprofessional behaviors are displayed by the other members of the staff, including the Office Manager. I think the property owners lower the rent to keep tenants. They would be better off getting better staff and raising the rent. The size and location of the apartments would warrant a slightly higher price, and I'm sure the tenants would stay much longer and happier.

I disagree with the posting regarding the office staff and management. Everyone I have dealt with has shown professionalism and has been very friendly and helpful. These apartments are the best in the area as well as being priced for affordability. What more could one want? Perhaps personality entered into the negative posting about the staff. I have many friends in this complex and they feel as I do, so there must be a particular problem between this tenant and the staff.

I disagree with this posting as well. It sounds like someone had a personality conflict with the staff. I have never had a problem with the staff. Knock on wood. I go in there at least once a month to pay my water. On average of twice a month to discuss issues that are happening with the apartment (when is the gate going to get fixed, why did water go up so much this month, im going out of town can you collect my packages). They havent been rude and have in fact been very upfront and professional. The person above who posted this review is definitely entitled to their opinion. But my opinion says that this post was because something happened and or because of personality differences. And my opinion also says that posting a staff members name in a negative way for everyone to see is unprofessional. If you have beef with the apartment cool. Post that. Potential residents want to know. Obviously this person didnt have an issue with the apartment as they stated it a couple of times. But dont include peoples names. This is why I think this post was directed because something happened. I have been a tenant here for close to 4 years. Watch now I will have a personality conflict with the staff now that i posted this to defend them. So is my luck. Lol. By the way your post sounds awfully close to a similar negative post about the staff just posted 10 days earlier by an "anonymous". Same person? Hmmm...scratches chin

I agree wholeheartedly with this review. I lived there for 2 years. NO matter which person, every one had situations where they showed their unprofessionalism in my presence. I am a CSR, so I know that it is a service issue, not a 'personality conflict' issue.
