The staff is fantastic and friendly, the rates are competitive, the grounds are clean, I feel safe, love the floorplan.

As far as maintenance, they are so nice and do an amazing job! At my last apartment I waited months to get things done. Here They are at my apt. in no time at all and they do such a good job.

When I moved in my patio had alot of mossy stuff from the tree above and it was slippery so I asked if they could power wash it. They did and it looks like a new patio!

My only complaint....I wish I could pay my rent online with my debit card but thats ok..maybe someday they can do that. It's not too hard to set up a paypal account for that.
