Myself and two roomates lived in these apartments for appoximately 9 months and overall it was ok. We were allowed to be released from our twelve month lease after a rather unfortunate incidence. At about 2:30 one morning our downstairs neighbor from us was a shotting, husband & wife were having problems. We were understanding that of course this can happen anywhere, it was the lack of concern from the office staff that was the bad part. You see the bullets went through our apartment yet NO ONE aver came in to check in/repair this. I found that particularlly disturbing. Other wise it was alright.
