Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003

Apartment was completely filthy on move in. Establishment has problems repairing numerous aspects of the rental unit (constantly being repaired at an average of three days to a week). Single water heater for entire buildings outcoming in mornings without hot water. Insect problems, frequent domestic violence problems with neighboring residence. Vehicle theft problems. Absolutely, positively would recommend a slightly more upscale location to rent. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
