I have lived here for almost two years and have seen the complex go from being a nice place to being a gang bangers paradise. Cars are being stolen and broken into daily, spare tires on trucks are being stolen, loud obnoxious drunks screaming in parking lot at all hours of the night, and that is just what the residents are doing. Then comes the hundreds of friends and relatives hanging out at the swimming pool until the wee hours of the morning, drinking, fighting, tipping over soda machines, and just bad conduct. The pool has turned into a immigrant bathhouse with human feces and urine contaminated water. My wife and I will not use the facility because of the condition. My wife fears for her safety and calls me on her cell phone when she arrives home so that I can watch her from her car to the door. Management does not care about the residents and are rarely in the office. Pay more for a better apartment. Stay away from here unless you are looking to buy drugs are break into someones car.
