while i lived here i had several problems with neighbors. The people behind us always had their radio up and it would wake up my 2 month old baby every night. The lady below us got us evicted because she would call and say we were spraying off our balcony when it was raining. The manager only talked to us once and said that she would talk to us about our eviction and then when we went to talk to her she said we could set up an appointment to talk when her lawyer was present. We also got in trouble several times for putting our small dachshund on the balcony while we were gone so he would not tear up the carpet. Even though we paid our pet deposit we still got complaints for having a dog and even complaints for beating it when i accidentally stepped on its foot one time. Upon leaving we had to go back several times to turn in our keys because the office was always closed. The staff in the office would always "be at lunch" or "in a meeting" when they were really out doing some personal shopping. They would come back with old navy bags and bags from other such clothing places where they couldnt have been buying office supplies. Also they have had many cars being broken into. My sister also lived in this complex and her car was broken into twice. This place just sucks. Now they are trying to sue us for over $2000.
