OK no mater where you live there will be some issues no place is perfect. I lived at the Amberton for 2 years and thought it was great. The only issue I ever had was my toilet started leaking. The day I gave them notice of this the maintenance guys came to look at it and came back the next day with the parts to fix it. Any time I had to deal with the office they were always friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a great location, nice property and nice apartment you should defininately check out the Amberton. I of course cant speak for the whole complex, it is huge, but I lived in phase 2 and it was very quiet and always had pleasant neighbors and always felt safe. Unlike many complexes who leave the access gates open, they are never left standing open. I could count on one hand how many times theyve been standing open and still have fingers left. And each time they were fixed right away.

Great place to live? You must be living on the other side of the fence...Read most of the comments. Thats how this property is. You must be one of those work in the office trying to save your butts or kissing some body.
