I have lived here tree and a half years. I have seen the place go from a great place to live (quiet, not many kids, pleasant staff) to a real nightmare with noise, people hanging out on the grounds all hours of the night, police responding to many incidents in the complex, Graffiti, signs of gang activity, vehicle break-ins, burglaries, fights in the parking lots, large dogs just raoming the grounds freely, loud vehicles, broken down cars, people working on vehicles, overflowing garbage bins that may stay that way for three or four days, frequent mailbox breakins (MAIL THEFT), and bad water service problems. Personally I have had problems with an old air conditioning unit that breaks down monthly to bi-weekly, it still has problems. I have had mail stolen and my mail box broken open. When I found out about the broken mail box and personal mail strewn all over the grouds I reported it to the office and the lady in the front office said "thats not my problem" (I think her name is Rosie). The mail box is still broken and anyone could easily pull it open. I strongly reccomend anyone to keep looking, I have allready found a better place and plan to move soon.
