I would not recommend Amberton Apartments. Over the last two years, the place has fallen apart. Homeless people wandering around are common. Two weeks ago I came home to find a naked homeless guy having a nervous breakdown on my apartment stairs and had to call the cops. Cops are there almost daily. CSI van was there about 3 weeks ago for a reason I do not know (and almost don't want to). Walls are paper thin and I can hear exactly what my neighbors say, listen to, and watch on tv. Not enough dumpsters so they usually are overpouring. I am in the new addition to the complex so they are in okay shape. The gym, however, is in terrible shape. Machines are broken or are in bad shape. I am moving as soon as I can.
