Despite the recent upgrades to the apt. bldgs, pool and driveways, there is still problems w/Roaches, potholes, and very poor lighting. The Water is always being cut-off for a day for repairs, yet you see the parking lot always wet.
The MAIN problem is the new office staff, they are VERY unfriendly, there is only 1 staff person who is ALWAYS very nice and that is JOSEPH, unlike the rude asst. mgr. Jeanette, & mgr cindy is never in and does NOT return calls. 2nd BIG PROBLEM is Bad record keeping of rent paid, and because of this tenants are harassed continuosly.
Parking lot unsafe in the evening due to no lighting. half the apt. bldgs have no porch lights working. Kids are destroying property that was just renovated, swimming pools are a joke, outsiders are using frequently and pools overrun by kids, no adult supervision. Maintenance folks are very friendly and skillful, try to resolve problems right away.
