I moved into the complex when they were first starting to do renovations. I have to be honest, I am overall pleased w/ my apartment. I dont like the people in the complex, mainly because yes there are alot of drug dealers and young criminals here. I do know that the management is trying desperately to rid them. The maintenance guys are AWESOME though! They are overwhelmed w/ complaints and work orders and since their are only two of them it takes them a long while to get to it. As for the office staff, I personally go thru "Joseph." The other ladies arent very helpful and they are pretty lazy. I have tripped them up in lies before, so I just avoid them. The only office member who does work is Joseph. I know he tries hard to make everyone happy. Overall, I dont mind the apartment itself - however I do recommend if you can get a better apartment go for it. This complex is like one of those temporary ones that you only rent out while your waiting for your house to be built.
