The staff deterred us from renting.

This may have been a decent place to live. However, J. (one of the staff) was a complete jerk.
We told him we wanted to move in January (we're looking early). He rolls his eyes and says "Why is everyone looking so EARLY'" When asking for a contact number for us, we gave it to him. He stared blankly at us for a second until we told him "It's a home number."
"I can't read your mind," he replied. Nice, huh'
We had to *ASK* to see a model (which I believe should have been offered as it has at the other 10 properties we've visited). He agreed to show it to us, and then proceeded to whine about how much of a pain it was to lock up the office while he was out on property. Though the floorplan was pretty nice, it probably wasn't the best idea to pick the one right next to a car with all four tires slashed and a Hefty bag covering the entire driver's side. He went on and on about how hard *he* works and how much *he* does on the property to ensure that the residents have a pleasurable living experience. Clearly, it's all about his own ego-stroke.
I hope the *current* residents here have a better opinion of the staff than those wanting to *become* residents. This guy alone was enough to rate this place a zero on our own 1-10 scale. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
