I lived on the third floor in the first buliding for one year. I moved in under the ols staff, they were very friendly and i never had any complaints. I didnt like the new staff that took over. Joesph may work hard, but he is a plain jerk he is very rude and fake. The two girls working there are beyond lazy. My water was always shut off, without waring. i had a real bad problem with roaches. my porch lights never worked. i would give maintance time to fix my requests, and they were actually really good and friendly but just to busy to get to my requsts with a timley manner. I lived through all the rennovation. So i heard all the nosie i saw all the mess, my walls and rowf were torn apart. this was a big inconvenice for me. I was never late with any rent, and when my lease renewal came around they jacked up my rent over a hundred bucks on my one bedroom apart. I WOULD NOT PAY NEARLY 600 dollars for this place. ythe fittness center includes like two machines. the pool is always in use by kids and yes there are a lot of drug dealers around. try and look else where!!!!!
