I have been renting here since June 1st and I like it here. My family and I moved here into a 2 bedroom, 1000 sq ft. apt and the rent is 725 a month. After the specials though ($59 first month's rent, and a look and lease that knocked $250 off of the second month's rent) it averages out to $650 a month. I also have the apt. with a skylight and the electricity bill is definitely high ($148 was the lowest I've had so far). We have had two problems with the air conditioner. The first time was in June, the AC went out at 9:15 pm, we called maintenance and let them know it was out and that my girlfriend was 8 months pregnant, they came out and fixed it on the spot. Today it went out again and they may have to replace it (btw, the response time was 10 minutes). Unfortunately, since today is Sunday there are no parts available, they have to wait until tomorrow to fix it. They were cool enough to bring us a wall unit to keep us cool until then. I don't know any other apartments that would do that. The one long-standing problem was major potholes in the parking lot, but they have finally fixed that too. The grounds are kept up quite well, and as far as the fitness room, there are 4 machines, all of them work, just some of the functions don't. For example, the elliptical trainer doesnt have a heart monitor on it, but you can still run on it and get a reading of distance, calories burned, etc. I guess that is all for now.
