I have been living at Amesbury for 11 long months of HELL and am moving out next month thank God. My neighbors across the hall from me are PIGS! They leave there garbage out side of there door all of the time for all of the cats to get into. We have gone to the office several and I do mean several of times to complain and nothing has been done at all to fix the situation. They also fight all of the time so bad that the police have had to come. The fighting situation has also been mentioned to the office and like all of the other times once again nothing has been done. I have just found out that they have renewed there lease. I can't believe trash like that is the kind of client el this place wants to keep. As for the parking it sucks and you can get lost in the pot holes. There is also mud everywhere when it rains and it's all over. The stairs where I live are DISGUSTING AND FILTHY so are the wall. I have asked if they could be power washed but that never happened either and after all of this crap they have the nerve to wanna raise my rent to stay another year. I wouldn't stay here another year if they paid me to stay so if your looking for a place to rent keep looking don't stop here it's no home it's HELL!!!

I totally understand you. This is the exact situation I was in and the day I dropped my keys off it was..a miracle. I also had the trash problem, strays(which have also scratched my cars)tear up the bags and fly everywhere. The ones responsible have the nerve to never pick it up. As a new tenant, expect to see COPS and TOW trucks alot. The stairs where I lived were also nasty, It was ok until little kids had to scribble all over the place with crayons and sidewalk chalk - I asked for a wash but never happend. The problems arn't huge I know, but to pay 700$ and see that everyday up n down for 1yr sucks. Not to mention to HELL it was to leave the place. Speedbumps every 10 feet and POT HOLES that lead to china.
