I lived here for 1 year. After I moved out, I recieved an 800 dollar bill. They said our carpet was really messed up and they had to buy a whole new one for 500 dollars! Our carpet was NOT BAD. It had everyday wear and tear. Then they said they had to buy a whole new sink countertop for 200 dollars!! IT IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF!! DO NOT LIVE HERE! Cars got keyed, apartments got broken into, cars got towed. Don't fall for whatever Shari says because she is going to screw you over!!

Agreed!! Price is good when u move in but they SCREW YOU once you leave. Do NOT move here.

I experienced the same thing. Except my move out bill was alot higher. Make sure when you decide to move out or not renew your lease give the notice. I assumed that signing a 1 year lease was saying I'm only planning on living here for a year. If I want to continue to stay I will try to get a new lease. They will screw you when it's all said and done.
