Nice place when I moved in. After 2 years it has drop very quickly. The parking lot need to be replaced completely. The only repairs were around the dumpster site, to bad we don't drive in those sections. Through the years of drainage mud has developed in all the car ports on the east side of complex. If it rains or the water system is used you will walk through mud to get to car. New dumpsters installed in complex. From Friday evening til Monday morning half the dumpsters will be over filled and people just pile there garbage around the dumpster for three days. Old dumpsters were bigger. When moving out you will be nickle and dimed for any small problem they think of. They don't want you to walk away without oweing them more money. Neighborhood around complex going downhill to. The last month I lived there I heard gun fire in distance, more than one or two nights. In June there were a rash of car burglaries in the complex. I know more than a few cars were either stolen and vandelized. (Car port lighting can be turned off by pulling light cord above car to put area in darkness.)

I do have to compliment the maintance staff. Any problem I had and there were a few I had someone there quickly and very professional.
