So I used to live here back in 2005... It is a decent place. nothing fancy at all.. they didnt have the tennis court open in 2005 it was always locked.. well i returned in 2007... you cant beat 1004 sq ft for $725... well as soon as i moved in i was very displeased. There was so much dirt in all the corners of pretty much all the rooms... some dead bugs.. my cabinets in my kitchen were all caved in like it had a lot of water damage so my glasses never stood correctly. My cabinets didnt close right.. they were all lop-sided... i had like a 20 ft cable cord that came out of my sons closet (weird, but that was the least of my worries)... well i had maintenance requests all the time.. i would put in work orders for no hot water, my sliding door not locking at all, i had super bent blinds upon move in, etc.... it took weeks before things could get fixed. I would call a week later for status and they would say they had no work orders pending for it''' i would call again and they seemed lost all the time'' In less then a year I had 3 neighbors living next door to me because no one lasted,, they broke there lease cuz they hated the place. Kids run wild with no supervision.. its like home of section 8 there! o offense but they walk around the place cussing, yellin like they own the place... broken blinds everywhere... blankets used as curtains.. i mean if ur into that sort of thing this is the place for you...

so then they got rid of all the leasing girls and the maintenance and brought in new people... i noticed a change... i was the complainer... so i got my never ending work orders fixed in a timely manner. My hot water heater busted 3 times in one week... hot steam rose from my floor as well as came out the walls! weird! They were there promptly.. thank you. we knew we were not going to renew by our 6th month of living there.. Our car was broken into twice... i hate thieves... my sister in law who came in from maryland came to visit us... well the next morning when we headed outside... come to find her car sitting on concrete blocks with missing tires and rims... can u say humilating!! there have been over 6 cases of this happening there... I kept my cool as best as i could... I prayed that the rest of the 6 months would come sooner.. i begged to be released from my lease... They had record of all the problems I had and i had a list myself. The manager acted like she was on my side and would try to talk to corporate about letting us out but of course that was never approved... I left the apartment in good condition.. had the apartment shampooed for them as well..

so at move out i left 3 cases of brand new soda unopened obviously in my pantry by accident.. and a brand new carton of eggs i meeant to take out last so i didnt break them during the move and a bin of cleaning supplies. I called the next business day to retrieve my stuff... they gave me back my cleaning bucket but charged me a $20 trash out.. i cleaned the apartment and it looked better than it did at move in but the new girls were not around when i moved in so they dont know how it was givin to me... I got charged a $75 cleaning fee plus other bull crap coming out to like almost $150... so stupid... I dont think I owed them a Dime!!! I left there pretty upset... As for parking that is anywhere.. it sucks... so get a carport.. its only 15 bucks a month which is so worth it... this place sucks so bad... all i can say is good luck to you when you move in... Like I said you pay cheap rent so of course you get cheap living...

so im sure the tennis court is still locked up as it has been since 2005... the playground probably is still not there just empty piece of courtyard claming to be a playground...

i do think that bringing Crystal and LaTasha to Amesbury was a good thing... I did notice some improvement and even though im sure they were tired of all my work orders (sorry apartment was falling apart) they were always nice and respectful girls...
